Procurement processes under the Public Tenders Legislation, the preparation, negotiation, and management of main contractor and subcontractor agreements, joint venture agreements, consortium agreements, and ordinary partnership agreements; the filing of the necessary applications with the competent public entities and judicial authorities in the name of the client in disputes that may arise from such agreements; the representation of clients before such offices, and the provision of legal support at all stages, including the pre-tender stage, of the procurement processes under the public tenders law; and in this context:

- Providing consulting services in relation to the procurement processes under the public tenders law and to procurement management

- Reviewing the tender documents; legal risks analysis under the tender; checking and ensuring the conformity of proposals with the tender specifications and the legislation

- Providing legal support in the preparation, review, giving a legal opinion on, and negotiation of draft procurement contracts, technology cooperation agreements, main contractor and subcontractor agreements, licence agreements, joint venture agreements, consortium agreements, and representation agreements, in their execution or termination, and in the resolution of disputes arising from or in connection with them

- Obtaining import permits

- Obtaining and renewing the residence and work permits for expatriates to be employed in Turkey under the tender

- Providing legal opinion and support concerning financial guarantees and securities

- Providing legal opinion and support concerning legal and financial exemptions

- Providing legal consulting services in the relations of clients with the relevant public institutions and organizations

- Providing legal support in the peaceful or judicial resolution of disputes arising during the implementation of contracts, representing clients before Turkish courts and national or international arbitration bodies in disputes with public or private persons
